Sized precisely for 25 mm pipe, this polypropylene block clamp secures pool pipework neatly against walls, frames, or mounting rails without the snap bracket of Type 3 — making it the preferred choice where a fixed, bolt-down installation is required. Moulded in UV- and chemical-resistant black PP, it holds its form in the damp, chlorinated environment of a pool plant room or outdoor equipment bay.

Material & corrosion resistance

Polypropylene construction means the clamp will not corrode, rust, or degrade when exposed to chlorinated water, salt, or the mild acids and alkalis common in pool plant rooms. The black pigment offers additional UV stabilisation for exposed outdoor pipework runs, keeping the clip rigid and secure throughout the installation’s service life.

Mounting & compatibility

Type 2 is a plain clamp body without a snap bracket, designed to be bolted directly to a surface or used with compatible PP filling blocks and back plates for grouped pipe runs. The 25 mm bore fits standard ¾” pool pipework used on filter laterals, dosing lines, and pump inlet or outlet plumbing, integrating cleanly with other Profec pipe-support accessories.

Installation & application
