At 2HP and carrying an energy label A rating, the Norsup Evo Pro with Modbus is the most powerful variant in the Evo Pro variable speed range — suited to larger in-ground pools where a single-speed pump would otherwise run unnecessarily hard. Its 2″ × 1½” female-thread connections and Noryl impeller keep hydraulic losses low, while the 230 V single-phase motor accepts installations in any standard European domestic supply.

Motor control & Modbus integration

The built-in controller lets you programme up to five distinct speed levels at set times of day, and the dedicated Modbus interface allows the pump to be addressed directly by a pool automation system such as NorsupOne — enabling an almost unlimited number of timed programmes without any additional relay wiring. A skimmer function can be configured to burst the pump to high speed at short intervals for surface debris removal, and an adjustable priming routine clears air from the system automatically on start-up.

Construction & site compatibility

The pump body is manufactured to a universal footprint compatible with existing Speck Badu pipework positions, easing retrofits without replumbing. The mechanical seal uses NBR elastomer, and the drive shaft is 316 stainless steel. Motor insulation is Class F with IP55 environmental protection, making the unit suitable for a covered plant room or a well-ventilated outdoor housing. Salt-treated pool water up to 0.4 % concentration presents no corrosion risk to wetted parts.

Quiet running & energy savings

Because the inverter-driven motor can be dialled back to exactly the flow rate the filtration circuit requires at any given hour, energy consumption drops significantly compared with a fixed-speed equivalent — the pump carries an EU energy label A classification.
