Fluidra – Pierścień mocujący pokrywę do filtra piaskowego Volcano Ø750 mm

Fluidra – Lid Fixing Ring for Volcano Sand Filter Ø750 mm

This is the genuine Fluidra replacement lid fixing ring for the Volcano threaded-lid sand filter with a 750 mm tank diameter. It is the structural ring that clamps and secures the top lid firmly onto the filter tank, maintaining a pressure-tight seal during operation. Replacing a worn or damaged fixing ring is essential to prevent lid movement and water leakage under working pressure.

Kompatybilność

This lid fixing ring is designed specifically for the Fluidra (AstralPool) Volcano sand filter range with a threaded top lid and a tank diameter of Ø750 mm. Always verify your filter’s model number and tank diameter before ordering, as Fluidra produces similar rings for other diameters in the Volcano range (450–900 mm) that are not interchangeable with this part.

Dlaczego oryginalność ma znaczenie

As a genuine Fluidra spare part, this fixing ring is manufactured to the exact tolerances of the original component, ensuring a correct fit against the filter tank’s lower neck ring. Aftermarket alternatives may not match thread pitch or material strength, risking leaks or structural failure under pool filtration pressures. Using an original part also keeps your filter compliant with its design specifications.

Instalacja

The fixing ring threads or bolts onto the lower neck collar of the filter tank, clamping the lid in place. Ensure the lid gasket/O-ring is in good condition before refitting — replace it if worn. Tighten evenly in a cross pattern to avoid distortion. If you are unfamiliar with pressurised filter systems, professional installation is recommended.
