Davey – Zespół złącza lufowego StarFlo 50 mm CE (zestaw 2 szt.) – 33151SP

Davey – StarFlo Barrel Union Assembly 50mm CE (Set of 2)

This is the genuine Davey replacement barrel union assembly set for the StarFlo range of single-phase CE pool pumps, sized for 50mm European-standard pipework. The set includes two complete assemblies — one for the suction port and one for the discharge port — ensuring a secure, leak-free connection between your pump and the pool plumbing. It is the correct OEM part for maintaining hydraulic integrity on CE-certified StarFlo pumps across Europe.

Kompatybilność

Part 33151SP fits the Davey StarFlo single-phase CE pump models: DSF150(CE), DSF200(CE), DSF250(CE), DSF300(CE), and DSF420(CE). The CE suffix denotes variants sold exclusively in Europe. Always verify your pump model number before ordering — the 50mm CE barrel union is not interchangeable with the AU-standard version (33150SP) or the 63mm CE variant (33152SP).

Co robi i kiedy należy go wymienić

The barrel union assembly connects each pump port to the 50mm pool pipework, creating a watertight coupling that can be loosened by hand for pump removal or servicing without disturbing the fixed pipework. Replace this assembly when you notice persistent leaks at the pump connections, cracked or brittle union bodies, damaged threads, or a degraded O-ring that cannot hold a seal. It is also best practice to renew the unions whenever the pump itself is replaced.

Dlaczego autentyczność ma znaczenie

Only a genuine Davey barrel union assembly guarantees the precise thread engagement, material tolerances, and O-ring specification required for a long-term, leak-free fit on StarFlo CE pumps. Aftermarket substitutes may not match the CE port geometry, risking leaks or reduced flow efficiency. As an official Davey spare part, 33151SP integrates seamlessly with the pump body and preserves the original hydraulic performance of the installation.
