The Davey PoolFresh PCB LED Board (part number 16283) is the genuine replacement interface board for the PoolFresh salt water chlorinator power supply unit. It carries the full set of status and output indicator LEDs that give pool owners real-time visibility of system operation, chlorine output level, cell polarity, and fault conditions. This board is typically replaced when LEDs fail to illuminate, display incorrectly, or the user interface becomes unresponsive.

Kompatybilność

This PCB LED board is the factory-specified component for both PoolFresh models sold in Europe: the PFD8CE (8 g/hr output) and the PFD20CE (20 g/hr output). One board is required per unit. It is not compatible with other Davey chlorinator ranges such as EcoSalt or ChloroMatic — always confirm your model before ordering.

What the board does

The LED board drives all front-panel indicators on the PoolFresh power supply. During normal operation, solid green LEDs represent chlorine output in 10% increments, while a flashing green LED indicates a 5% increment step. The Operation LED changes colour to signal system status — green for normal, orange for low salinity warning, and red for fault conditions. Polarity LEDs confirm that the electrolytic cell is correctly reversing current direction to prevent scale build-up and extend cell life.

Instalacja

Replacement of the PCB LED board requires opening the PoolFresh power supply enclosure and should be carried out by a qualified pool technician or electrician familiar with low-voltage pool equipment.
