Rated to a full 16 bar working pressure, this 40 mm PVC-U elbow delivers a sharp 90° change of direction in metric pressure pipework — the size most commonly used on pool pump suction and return lines up to roughly 50 m³/h flow. Both socket ends share an identical 40 mm internal diameter (ØDi 40 mm) and a centre-to-face depth of 47 mm, keeping installation geometry tight and predictable.

Moulded in unplasticised PVC (PVC-U), the fitting resists chlorine-rich pool water, common pool chemicals, and UV-reflected splash without degrading or discolouring.
