The three-phase supply keeps motor temperatures low under sustained load, making it a reliable choice for regular, intensive swim sessions.

Hydraulic performance & current quality

At 80 m³/h the Nixi-D tri generates a wide, powerful current through its integrated monobloc front panel, which combines suction and return in a single slim-profile wall fitting. The radial high-efficiency impeller delivers a current that is strong enough for competitive training and aquatic fitness, while the rectangular façade distributes the flow evenly across the swimmer’s body. The unit is positioned below water level to ensure self-priming operation and consistent pressure head.

Wall fitting & connections

The Nixi-D system is built around a through-wall sealing fitting (pièce à sceller) sized for Ø 63/75 mm pipework, with Ø 90 mm available as an option. The slim 20 mm façade depth makes it compatible with pools that have a removable floor, and the monobloc front panel — incorporating a central jet nozzle and piezo push-button — keeps the poolside finish clean and uncluttered. The pump is delivered with Ø 63 mm compression fittings; where the run between the wall fitting and the pump exceeds 5 m, larger-diameter pipework is recommended to limit head loss.

Motor & electrical supply

The three-phase 400 V AC (tri) motor is resin-encapsulated for moisture resistance and is rated at 4 HP, placing it in the highest power bracket of the Nixi-D family. Three-phase operation gives smoother torque delivery and lower running current per phase compared with a single-phase equivalent, reducing wear on the motor windings over time. An integrated thermal protection device in the control cabinet safeguards the motor against overload, and a pneumatic remote start/stop is included as standard.
