Rated to withstand pressures of up to 25 bar, the Weld-On Saba S3 is a heavy-duty solvent-based PVC adhesive supplied in a handy 250 ml tin — the right size for pool pipework installations, equipment connections, and maintenance jobs. KIWA-approved for use in drinking-water and chlorinated-water systems, it bonds PVC-U, PVC-C, and ABS pipe and fittings across all diameters. The multilingual label (English, German, Dutch, French) makes it a practical choice for European dealers, installers, and end users alike.

Compatibility & pressure performance

Saba S3 is universally suitable for bonding all diameters of PVC-U, PVC-C, and ABS pipes in pressure lines, drainage systems, and drinking-water installations — including chlorinated pool circuits. It fills gap tolerances of up to 0.8 mm and delivers high initial adhesion once the pipe and collar are mated, making it well suited to the close-tolerance fittings found in pool and spa plumbing.

Application method

The tin lid incorporates a non-drip brush, so no separate applicator is needed. Clean surfaces first with a dedicated PVC/ABS cleaner, then apply the adhesive with the brush — along the pipe length and around the collar — before mating the substrates immediately. Minimum processing and storage temperature is +5 °C, and the cured joint is resistant from approximately −20 °C up to approximately +95 °C, covering all European outdoor pool conditions.

Approvazioni & etichettatura

Saba S3 carries KIWA and KIWA+ATA approval for solvent-welded joints up to Ø 90 mm in accordance with BRL K-525, and also complies with the KOMO standard KOMO BRL 5221. The label is printed in four languages — English, German, Dutch, and French — satisfying regulatory and safety-information requirements across the main European markets without needing additional stickers or translated inserts.
