Davey - Gruppo di raccordo StarFlo VS Barrel da 63 mm CE - 33152SP

Davey – Gruppo raccordo a bocchettone StarFlo VS 63mm CE

This is the genuine Davey replacement barrel union assembly for the StarFlo VS pump range, sized at 63mm for CE (European) model variants. Supplied as a set of two complete assemblies — each comprising the union nut, 63mm tail, and O-ring — this kit restores a leak-free, secure connection between your pump and pool pipework. It is the correct part wherever the original union shows wear, cracking, or persistent leaking.

Compatibilità

Part 33152SP is designed specifically for Davey StarFlo VS pumps fitted with 63mm EU plumbing connections, covering CE-spec single-phase models (DSF150CE through DSF420CE) and three-phase variants (DSF3003FCE and DSF4203FCE). This CE barrel union assembly is intended for European installations only and is not interchangeable with the Australian 40mm or 50mm union sets used in other markets.

Perché l'autenticità è importante

Barrel unions are the primary serviceable connection point on the pump, and a correct-dimension, OEM-specification assembly ensures a proper hydraulic seal under varying pump pressures. Genuine Davey parts are manufactured to exact tolerances for the StarFlo VS pump body, eliminating the risk of mismatch, seal failure, or voided warranty that can result from aftermarket substitutes.

Installazione

Each assembly includes all components needed for one union connection; the set contains two assemblies to replace both the suction and discharge sides in a single service call. Unions should be hand-tightened first, then checked for alignment before final tightening — no special tools are required. Replacement is typically carried out during routine pump servicing or whenever a union shows visible deterioration or cannot be made watertight.
