AstralPool – Manifold Collector Arm 1½″ 90 mm (Pack of 2)

This is a genuine AstralPool replacement manifold arm for the internal collector assembly of the Viena commercial sand filter range. Supplied as a pack of two, each arm measures 90 mm and features a 1½″ connection, forming part of the laterals system that evenly distributes water across the filter bed during filtration and collects it efficiently during backwash cycles.

Compatibilità

These manifold arms are designed specifically for the AstralPool Viena Filter 2.5 kg, covering all six vessel diameters: Ø1050, Ø1200, Ø1400, Ø1600, Ø1800 and Ø2000 mm (parent filter reference 00698000P74). They correspond to position 21 in the official Fluidra/AstralPool exploded parts diagram for this filter family. Always cross-reference your filter’s serial plate and exploded view before ordering.

OEM manifold arms are precision-moulded to the exact geometry of the Viena filter’s central hub, ensuring a leak-free press fit and correct lateral spacing. Aftermarket substitutes may vary in arm length or connector diameter, leading to uneven flow distribution through the sand bed, reduced filtration efficiency, or premature failure of the collector assembly.

Installazione

The arms locate into the central manifold hub at the base of the filter vessel. On large-diameter commercial filters (Ø1600–Ø2000), draining the vessel and confined-space awareness are essential before carrying out any internal work. Installation is best performed by a qualified pool technician familiar with AstralPool commercial filter servicing procedures.
