This full-bore ball valve is manufactured from black polypropylene (PP) and is designed for reliable shut-off duty in pool pipework, irrigation headers, greenhouse climate systems, and industrial water circuits. Rated to 16 bar working pressure across a temperature range of 0 °C to 75 °C, it handles the demands of both low-pressure irrigation and higher-pressure pool plant rooms with ease. The hard chrome-plated brass ball ensures a smooth, corrosion-resistant seating surface, while the PTFE seat seals provide a bubble-tight closure and low operating torque even after prolonged service.
Both ports are machined to BSP female thread (1 inch / DN25), allowing direct connection to male-threaded fittings, pump heads, filter housings, and manifold bodies without additional adapters. The fibreglass-reinforced nylon lever, finished in red, gives a firm grip and a clear open/closed visual indication at a glance. The compact body length of 73 mm (Lb) keeps installation space to a minimum, while the 84 mm overall body diameter and 25 mm bore (ØDf) guarantee minimal flow restriction.

Kompatibilitás
The 1 inch BSP female thread (DN25) on both ports connects directly to standard 1 inch male BSP nipples, pump unions, filter head adapters, and manifold fittings used in domestic and commercial pool systems, drip and sprinkler irrigation networks, and greenhouse heating circuits. The polypropylene body is compatible with clean water, mildly chlorinated water, and common fertiliser solutions within the stated temperature and pressure limits. It is not recommended for use with aromatic hydrocarbons, concentrated acids, or media that exceed 75 °C.
