Bosta – Low Pressure Protection Switch 0.3–0.6 MPa Black

This genuine Bosta low pressure protection switch monitors system pressure and automatically cuts power to the pump when pressure drops below the set threshold, guarding against dry-run damage and premature motor burnout. Rated for a pressure range of 0.3 to 0.6 MPa (3 to 6 bar), it is colour-coded black for fast identification in multi-switch installations. It is an essential safety component for pump systems where loss of inlet pressure or flow must trigger an immediate shutdown.

Hogyan működik?

The switch uses a diaphragm-actuated mechanism that continuously senses line pressure. If pressure falls below the lower set point — indicating a dry-run, blocked inlet, or supply interruption — the switch opens the circuit and stops the pump before damage can occur. Once the fault is resolved, the system can be reset and returned to normal operation.

Kompatibilitás

Designed for use with Bosta pump systems and ancillary pressure-management assemblies operating within the 0.3–0.6 MPa range. Intended for professional installation alongside pressure vessels, booster sets, and pool or irrigation pump stations. Always verify the working pressure range of your specific pump circuit before fitting.

Miért fontos az eredetiség?

Bosta genuine parts are manufactured to exact tolerance specifications, ensuring reliable switching action and long service life. Third-party substitutes may not match the diaphragm material rating or the switching differential, risking nuisance trips or, worse, failure to protect the pump. Stocking the correct genuine part eliminates guesswork on site.
