Delivering up to 17.4 m³/h at a maximum working pressure of 12 bar, the DAB Esybox Max M45/120 is a single-pump, constant-pressure booster set built for commercial building services, medium-to-large residential complexes, and demanding pressure-boosting applications. Its full-technopolymer hydraulic construction and compact 766 × 375 mm footprint make it a practical choice where space is limited but performance cannot be compromised.

Hydraulic performance & modular scalability

The Esybox Max is available as a single unit but is designed from the outset for expansion: using the DAB Esydock connection base, up to four pumping units can be combined into one system to match growing demand without replacing the existing installation. The variable-frequency drive continuously adjusts motor speed to maintain the set pressure regardless of flow variations, keeping energy consumption low during partial-load operation.

Motor & inverter electronics

A water-cooled permanent-magnet motor with a stainless-steel jacket provides quiet, reliable operation and allows installation even in occupied or noise-sensitive rooms. The integrated inverter carries comprehensive onboard protections — against dry running, abnormal voltages, overheating, freezing, anti-blocking, and anti-cycling — reducing the risk of unplanned downtime in critical supply systems.

Connectivity & on-site commissioning

The built-in Wi-Fi module and DAB DConnect app allow system pressure, alarms, and instantaneous or historical consumption data to be monitored and adjusted remotely from a smartphone or tablet. DSync technology further simplifies commissioning: once the first pump is configured, the Esybox Max automatically synchronises settings to any additional units in the booster set. Connection is via 1¼” female thread (reducible to accommodate 1¼”–2″ pipework), with four possible hydraulic connection orientations to suit the plant layout.
