VGE Pro – Low Pressure UV System Control Monitor HDPE 200-110
Rated at 200 W with a maximum flow capacity of 23 m³/h at up to 6 bar, this single-lamp low-pressure UV-C system is sized for commercial pools and water treatment installations where consistent, high-dose disinfection is required around the clock. The HDPE reactor body makes it well suited to corrosive or aggressive water conditions, and the integrated Control Monitor panel gives operators real-time oversight of lamp performance directly at the unit.
Reactor construction & water compatibility
The irradiation chamber is moulded from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), offering excellent chemical resistance for salt water, seawater-adjacent environments, or any application where a stainless-steel reactor would be at risk of corrosion. The U-design flow path maximises dwell time within the chamber, ensuring effective UV-C dose delivery across the full 23 m³/h rated flow. Transparent inspection ports allow the lamp status to be checked visually without interrupting operation.
Smart Pin Technology & lamp service
VGE Pro’s patented Smart Pin Technology (SPT) allows the 200 W low-pressure amalgam lamp to be replaced safely while the system remains pressurised and filled with water — eliminating the need to drain down or disconnect power cabling between lamp changes. Low-pressure amalgam lamps maintain consistent UV-C output regardless of water temperature, and the lamps are rated for up to 16,000 hours of service life, keeping annual maintenance costs predictable.
Control Monitor & sensor options
The Control Monitor variant adds an electronic control panel with lamp power regulation and real-time system status display, giving installers and facility managers a clear picture of operational health at a glance. The unit can be further specified with a UV-C intensity sensor and/or a water temperature sensor, enabling dose-based control and logging where regulatory compliance or process validation is required.
