Rated to a robust 64 bar with a 1½” (DN38) bore, this Profec two-piece stainless steel 316 ball valve is engineered for demanding pool plant rooms where saltwater, chlorinated water, or other aggressive media place ordinary brass or PVC valves under strain. The two-piece body design allows access to the internal ball and PTFE seats for servicing without cutting the valve from the line, and the quarter-turn lever gives instant on/off isolation in tight equipment bays.

Corrosion resistance & wetted materials

Constructed entirely from stainless steel 316 — a molybdenum-bearing grade offering superior resistance to chlorides and salt solutions compared with standard 304 stainless — this valve is equally at home on salt-chlorinator bypass lines, chemical dosing headers, and commercial pool plant pipework. PTFE seats and seals add chemical inertness and a low-friction seating surface that maintains a leak-tight shut-off across the full −10 °C to 150 °C operating temperature range.

Quarter-turn operation & lever
