This plug-in step-down transformer is the designated power supply for the Hunter X-CORE irrigation controller range. It converts standard 230 V / 50 Hz mains voltage to a stable 24 VAC output at up to 1000 mA (24 VA), supplying reliable low-voltage power to the controller and its connected solenoid valves. The laminated steel core and galvanised metal enclosure give the unit its characteristic compact, robust construction suited for permanent indoor installation.
Pre-wired with colour-coded leads on both primary and secondary sides, the transformer removes guesswork during installation.
