Kripsol - Impulsor/turbina de la bomba K-FLO de 0,75 HP - 500100070005
Kripsol K-FLO pump impeller / turbine 0.75 HP
This is the genuine OEM impeller (turbine) for the Kripsol K-FLO pool filtration pump at the 0.75 HP power rating. The impeller is the rotating hydraulic core of the pump: it converts motor torque into water flow, drawing water through the pre-filter and pushing it under pressure into the filtration circuit. Without a serviceable impeller, the pump loses flow rate, cannot maintain the head pressure required to cycle the pool volume, and will ultimately run dry.
Qué hace este rotor en el K-FLO
Mounted directly on the motor shaft inside the pump volute, the impeller spins at 2,850 RPM to generate the centrifugal force that drives water through the hydraulic circuit. At 0.75 HP, the K-FLO delivers a flow rate of up to 13.5 m³/h at 10 m.c.a. A cracked, chipped, or worn impeller reduces this output measurably — you’ll see it first as reduced return-jet pressure, then as the pump struggling to prime. Replacing it restores the pump to its rated hydraulic curve.
Which K-FLO and Koral models it fits
This impeller is matched specifically to the 0.75 HP (¾ CV) variant of the Kripsol K-FLO pump family. The K-FLO is a direct hydraulic successor to the Kripsol Koral KS / KSE series, sharing the same pump-body footprint and plumbing connections, so this impeller fits the 0.75 HP K-FLO and the equivalent Koral KS / KSE 75 M and 75 T1 units. Confirm your pump’s power plate reads 0.75 HP before ordering — the impeller geometry and bore differ at every power step.
Señales de que hay que cambiarlo
Visible scoring, cracks, or chipped vanes on the impeller body are the most obvious indicators. Operationally, watch for a noticeable drop in return-jet velocity, a pump that takes longer than usual to prime, or a hollow rattling noise from the pump head under load — all point to impeller wear or debris ingestion. In salt-water installations, inspect the AISI 303 stainless-steel core insert for pitting; heavy corrosion there compromises dimensional stability and accelerates vane erosion.
Cómo instalarlo
Isolate power and close the inlet and outlet valves before opening the pump head. Remove the motor assembly from the pump body — four M8 fasteners on the connecting flange. Slide the old impeller off the motor shaft (left-hand thread on most Kripsol KS-family models; turn clockwise to loosen). Clean the shaft and seat, apply a small amount of anaerobic thread-lock to the metal insert as specified in the Kripsol service manual, then screw the new impeller on firmly. Refit the mechanical seal before closing the pump head. The full swap takes roughly 20–30 minutes with basic hand tools.
Por qué importa el Kripsol original
The Noryl® polymer used in the OEM impeller is specified for its combination of dimensional stability, wear resistance, and chemical compatibility with chlorinated and salt water. Aftermarket alternatives machined from generic thermoplastics do not hold vane tolerances to the same standard, which translates directly into reduced head pressure and shortened service life. Using a genuine Kripsol part also keeps your pump within any applicable warranty terms.
