Configured for exactly two irrigation zones, this Rain Bird rectangular valve box arrives fully assembled with two 24 V AC solenoid valves pre-wired into a waterproof cable box — ready to connect to your controller straight out of the packaging. The 1″ BSP male thread inlet and outlet suit the most common manifold pipework sizes used across European residential and light-commercial irrigation systems.

Factory Assembly & Zone Wiring

Because the solenoid valves are pre-connected and the waterproof cable enclosure is already fitted, site installation is reduced to plumbing the two pipe connections and running the controller cable. Zone-identification labels are supplied in the box, keeping multi-valve systems clearly organised from day one. The unit is also expandable: identical boxes can be daisy-chained to grow a system to unlimited zones without altering the original installation.

Frost Protection & Drainage

A built-in drainage connection allows the manifold to be winterised in place, draining standing water from the valve bodies and preventing frost damage — an important consideration for Northern and Central European climates where ground frost is routine.
