At 50 mm wide and 2 m long, this galvanised steel L-profile delivers a precisely formed 88° outside corner for pool liner installations, weighing just 200 g per metre for easy handling on site. The galvanised steel substrate is laminated with a Renolit membrane surface, allowing the pool liner to be bonded directly to the profile by hot-air welding for a fully integrated, watertight finish. It is the specialist choice wherever a structural outside corner must be incorporated cleanly into a reinforced PVC pool liner system.

Renolit-Laminated Surface & Liner Bonding

The profile’s facing is finished with a Renolit metal sheet coating — a thin, unreinforced PVC membrane laminated directly onto the galvanised steel. This surface is chemically and thermally compatible with RENOLIT ALKORPLAN reinforced liner membranes, enabling a seamless hot-air weld between the corner profile and the surrounding liner without primers or additional adhesive. The result is a continuous waterproof junction at every outside corner, eliminating potential leak paths in the most vulnerable areas of the pool shell.

Construction & Corrosion Resistance

The 1.4 mm-thick galvanised steel body provides the rigidity needed to hold a true 88° outside corner angle under liner tension and hydrostatic pressure. Galvanisation gives inherent protection against corrosion in the damp poolside environment, while the Renolit surface coat adds a further barrier. The grey colourway blends unobtrusively beneath the finished liner layer.

Each length covers 2 m of outside corner run and can be cut to length on site, making it straightforward to match any pool geometry.
