The Poolex Neolyser salt chlorinator for pools up to 20,000 litres is the most compact model in the Neolyser range, designed to deliver
automatic salt electrolysis for small residential pools. With a chlorine production of 4 g/h, app connectivity and an intuitive
touchscreen, it keeps water clean and crystal clear while you monitor and adjust treatment from your smartphone.
Compact salt chlorinator for small residential pools
This Neolyser version is engineered specifically for pools up to 20 mยณ, making it ideal for plunge pools, above ground pools and small
in ground pools. The unit works with a low salt concentration between 2.7 and 4.5 g/l, transforming dissolved salt into free chlorine
that continuously disinfects the water. The integrated flow sensor and safety alarms protect the cell by stopping production in case of
insufficient flow or incorrect salt level, helping to maintain safe and efficient operation.
Smart connectivity and clear visual feedback
The Neolyser features a 90ยฐ adjustable touch display that can be rotated to suit any installation position, so the information is always
easy to read in compact technical rooms. Built in WiFi and cloud connectivity link the chlorinator to the Poolex app, giving you remote
access to production settings, operating history and real time data. From the app you can activate Boost modes, check salt level alarms
and review graphs of key parameters such as energy use, temperature and, if installed, ORP.
An LED indicator strip on the housing uses a simple colour code to show at a glance whether the device is producing, in standby or
requires your attention, making daily checks quick and effortless even without opening the app.
Durable cell with automatic descaling
At the heart of the Poolex Neolyser salt chlorinator is a bipolar titanium cell with an average service life of up to 10,000 operating
hours. To reduce scaling and extend this lifespan, the control box automatically reverses polarity at adjustable intervals of 4, 8 or
12 hours. This self cleaning cycle limits limescale build up on the plates, particularly in hard water areas, and reduces the need for
manual acid cleaning of the cell.
The electronics and cell are encased in a shock resistant expanded polyethylene foam body that protects components against knocks and
temperature variations, while keeping the unit light and easy to mount on the wall of the technical room.
Advanced functions for synchronised pool management
Despite its compact size, the Neolyser integrates functions normally found on larger systems. A dual dry contact allows the chlorinator
to adjust production according to whether the pool cover is open or closed, helping to avoid over chlorination when the pool is covered.
It can also control the filtration pump relay so that chlorine production and filtration are perfectly synchronised.
A built in water temperature sensor and flow detector adapt operation to seasonal conditions and protect the cell, while optional
integration of an ORP probe enables automatic regulation of chlorine based on the measured redox potential. For safety, the system
monitors ambient temperature up to 55 ยฐc, making it suitable for underground or enclosed technical rooms where heat can accumulate.
Easy installation and supplied accessories
The Poolex Neolyser salt chlorinator for pools up to 20,000 litres is designed for simple retrofit or new build installations. The cell
connects to the return line via a 50 mm glue connection and is supplied with reduction fittings for 38/32 mm hoses where required. The
package also includes a PoolTerre earthing kit with clamp, a cleaning cap for periodic chemical cleaning of the cell and a winterising
tube for off season protection.
