5) Tracking
Where available, we provide tracking details after dispatch. Tracking availability depends on the courier/service selected and destination.
6) Customs, duties, and taxes (customer responsibility)
For deliveries where import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, or local taxes apply (including Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), these charges are paid by the customer.
If a shipment is refused or abandoned due to unpaid import costs, we may deduct return shipping/handling costs from any refund where permitted by law.
7) Address accuracy and failed deliveries
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and contact details at checkout.
If a shipment is delayed, returned, or lost due to:

incorrect/incomplete address,

failure to collect from pickup point,

refusal to pay customs/import charges,
additional shipping/handling costs may apply, and refund amounts may be reduced where permitted by law.
8) Damaged parcels, missing items, or wrong items (report within 3 days)
Inspect your parcel as soon as possible after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

Provide photos of the outer box, shipping label, internal packaging, and item(s)

Complete our carrier-claim document so we can file a courier claim
After evaluation and/or carrier approval, we will ship a replacement or refund the order (depending on stock and case outcome).
9) Hazardous goods (batteries/chemicals)
Some products may be classified as hazardous/dangerous goods (including some batteries and chemicals). For these items:
