This Returns Policy explains how returns, refunds, and delivery issues are handled for purchases on poolparthub.com.

2) Returns overview

  1. We sell new products only.
  2. We accept returns for sealed and/or unopened goods (unless mandatory law provides otherwise).
  3. We provide refunds only (no exchanges).

3) EU/EEA consumers: 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the EU/EEA, you generally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or someone you designate) receives the goods, without giving a reason (subject to legal exceptions).

To withdraw, email support@poolparthub.com before the deadline with:

  • Order number
  • Items you want to return
  • Date received
  • Your full name and address

4) Return eligibility (sealed/unopened)

To be eligible for a return (including change-of-mind returns), items must be:

  • Sealed and/or unopened, and
  • In resalable condition, with original packaging, labels, and included accessories (if applicable)

If an item has been opened, used, installed, activated, or is not in resalable condition, we may refuse the return or reduce the refund where permitted by law.

5) How to start a return

Email support@poolparthub.com with:

  • Order number
  • Product(s) you want to return
  • Reason for return (optional for EU withdrawals, but helpful)
  • Photos (optional, but recommendedโ€”required for damage claims)

If approved, weโ€™ll provide instructions and any required forms.

6) Return shipping cost

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping to our warehouse in Spain.

7) Return address

All approved returns must be sent to:

8) Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, weโ€™ll process the refund to the original payment method (unless otherwise agreed).
  • Refund timing can depend on your payment provider/bank processing times.
  • If the return is not eligible (e.g., opened/unsealed), we may refuse the refund and/or offer to send the item back (shipping may apply).

9) Damaged, missing, or incorrect items (report within 3 days)

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the delivery.

To handle the claim, we require:

  • Completion of our carrier-claim document, and
  • Supporting evidence (photos of the outer box, shipping label, internal packaging, and item)

After evaluation and/or carrier approval, we will either:

  • Ship a replacement, or
  • Issue a refund

10) Special conditions: batteries and chemicals (hazardous goods)

Certain products (including some batteries and chemicals) may be restricted due to safety and transport regulations. For these items:

  • Returns may be refused if opened/unsealed/activated/installed or otherwise unsafe to ship.
  • Additional documentation or conditions may apply.

11) Business purchases (B2B)

For business/professional customers, returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is sealed/unopened, and
  • The return is approved by us in writing, and
  • The customer pays return shipping (unless we agree otherwise)
