2. Remove the analyzer from the water, take off the rubber ring and use cap, and place the unit in its storage cap

4. Turn the top cap clockwise (as it has a left-hand thread) to unscrew it, then remove and discard the old gasket
5. Gently disconnect the battery by pulling the red and black wires. Push the internal plastic rod to eject the battery
6. Insert the new battery, reconnect the wires, and place a new gasket into position
7. Screw the top back on counterclockwise, apply the new adhesive tape, and reattach the rubber ring and use cap
8. Return the Blue Connect analyzer to the pool for continuous monitoring
