Hayward - Electromagnetic Dosing Pump 20 L/h
Electromagnetic Dosing Pump 20 L/h
The Electromagnetic Dosing Pump 20 L/h is a professional-grade chemical dosing pump for accurate and consistent delivery of pH corrector or liquid chlorine solutions into pool water. Operating at 20 L/H, it integrates directly with Hayward and compatible pool controllers to create a fully automated water treatment system — dosing only when and as much as the water parameters require.
Precise dosing eliminates the common problem of over- or under-treatment, reducing chemical waste, improving swimmer comfort and maintaining consistent water balance throughout the season.
Key Features
- Accurate, repeatable chemical dosing — eliminates manual measurement
- Compatible with pH-minus (acid), pH-plus and liquid chlorine dosing
- Self-priming design for fast start-up after installation or service
- Adjustable stroke frequency and length for precise flow calibration
- Compact footprint suitable for standard equipment rooms
- Compatible with Hayward NG control bus for fully automated operation
Installation & Calibration
Mount the pump below the chemical container for reliable priming. Connect the suction tube to the chemical tank and the discharge tube to the injection point on the return pipe (after the pump, before the filter). Calibrate the dose rate using a measuring cylinder before first use — fill the supply tube, run the pump for one minute and measure the output.
