XPro 600 Skimmer – Light Grey

The XPro 600 Skimmer – Light Grey is a premium surface skimmer from Hayward’s XPro 600 range, designed to continuously remove floating debris — leaves, insects, sunscreen, and fine particles — from the pool surface before they sink and decompose. Effective surface skimming is the first line of defence for clean, clear pool water and significantly reduces the load on the filtration system.

The XPro 600 series is available in multiple colour finishes including Light Grey, allowing it to blend seamlessly with any pool surround or liner finish.

Key Features

  • High-flow skimming basket with large debris capacity
  • Adjustable weir flap for optimal surface skimming across varying water levels
  • Available in multiple colour finishes to match the pool interior
  • Compatible with both liner and tiled pool installations
  • Durable ABS construction with UV resistance for long outdoor service life
  • Standard 50mm (2″) pipe connection

Installation

The skimmer is installed through the pool wall at the waterline, with the opening facing the prevailing wind direction to maximise surface debris collection. Position the skimmer so that the water return jet pushes surface debris towards it. The basket should be emptied at least weekly, or more frequently during periods of heavy leaf fall.
