The ABZSPA is an adapter set that allows Hanna Instruments BL12x and BL13x series dosing and measurement controllers to be fitted to spa and small pool installations. It provides the fittings needed to connect the controller’s probes and dosing lines to smaller-diameter spa pipework. The set belongs to the accessory range for the Hanna BL120/BL130 controller families used in commercial pool and spa water treatment.

Designed for Hanna Instruments BL12x and BL13x series controllers, including the BL120 and BL130 dosing and monitoring units. It is intended for spa and small-volume pool circuits where the standard pool pipework fittings supplied with the controller are oversized. Confirm your controller model number and existing pipe diameter before ordering.

The adapters sit between the circulation pipework and the controller’s probe holders and injection point. They are typically fitted on the pressure side of the filter, after the heater, so that the measured water is representative of what returns to the spa. Fit with the system depressurised and check all joints for leaks before restarting circulation.

The adapters are passive plumbing components with no moving parts and normally last as long as the installation. Seals and O-rings within the fittings are the wear point and may need replacing if weeping appears at a joint. Inspect connections during routine controller servicing and whenever probes are removed for calibration.

Supplied as a complete adapter set, not as individual fittings. Probes, electrodes and dosing tubing are not included and must be ordered separately. If your installation uses non-standard pipework, verify thread and diameter compatibility with your installer before purchase.
