Fix the panel to a solid, dry vertical surface in the plant room, at a height that keeps the controller display at eye level and the suction and injection lines short. The controller and dosing hardware are then bolted to the panel rather than directly to the wall, which simplifies alignment and future servicing. Leave clearance below the panel for the chemical container and tubing runs.<\/p>\n
As a passive structural item the panel has no wear parts and normally lasts the life of the installation. Replace it only if it becomes corroded, cracked or if mounting holes have been damaged during repeated equipment changes. Inspect the fixings during routine servicing, especially in humid or chemically loaded plant rooms.<\/p>\n
