Rated to a full 16 bar working pressure and sized for 16 mm PE pipe, this polypropylene compression elbow delivers a reliable, tool-free 90° change of direction in pool plant rooms, equipment pad pipework, and buried supply lines alike. The fitting carries four independent drinking-water approvals — DVGW (Germany), KIWA (Netherlands), WRAS (UK), and SVGW (Switzerland) — confirming its suitability for potable water systems across Europe.

Moulded in polypropylene with a characteristic black body and blue compression nut, the elbow is compatible with LDPE, PE80, and PE100 pipe. The compression mechanism creates a hydraulic seal without adhesives or heat, and the connection can be dismantled and reassembled if the installation needs to change.

Holding DVGW, KIWA, WRAS, and SVGW certification means this fitting has been independently tested for both mechanical performance and hygiene, confirming it is safe for contact with drinking water and meets the regulatory requirements of Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, and Switzerland. For pool installers working on projects that must satisfy local water authority standards, these four marks cover the majority of European markets.

The 16 mm compression end accepts metric PE pipe directly — no pipe inserts or solvent weld are required for standard PE80/PE100 wall thicknesses. As part of the Jason range, this elbow is designed to work alongside the full family of Jason couplers, tees, reducers, and adaptor bushes, allowing a complete pipeline to be built from a single, approval-matched product family.
