This page covers the complete spare parts diagram for the Norsup UV Supernova Timer UV-C pool disinfection unit, sold under factory reference 7025378. The Supernova Timer is an upgrade of the standard Norsup Supernova, adding an LED display to indicate the status of the amalgam lamp and a timer function so you always know when it is the right time to replace the lamp. Its specially designed duplex housing makes it suitable for all kinds of pools — chlorine-based, salt-based, and bio pools — and Norsup has chosen an amalgam lamp in place of a traditional UV-C lamp in order to ensure a higher, more stable UV output. All 13 numbered positions in the diagram below correspond directly to the parts table on this page, so identifying the component you need should take only a few minutes.

Every call-out number printed on the exploded-view diagram matches a row in the parts list beneath it — locate the number in the diagram first, then find the same number in the left-hand column of the table to confirm the description and retrieve the SKU. It helps to work systematically: identify the general area of the unit where your worn or damaged part sits (for example, the lamp chamber, the housing body, or the plumbing connections), then narrow down to the specific position number within that area. Once you have the position number, cross-check the written description in the table against the part in front of you — dimensions such as “63 mm” or “26 mm” are included precisely to help you confirm a match before ordering. Bear in mind that some positions represent sets or paired items rather than a single piece: position 6 is a set of two union couplers and position 7 is a set of two O-rings, so ordering one line means you receive both pieces. Position 3 (the O-ring set for the quartz glass) does not currently carry a standalone SKU; if you need this item, please contact us directly so we can advise on availability. Where a position description references a specific size — such as a thread size or a pipe diameter — take a moment to measure your existing part before ordering, as the Supernova range includes both 50 mm and 63 mm pipework variants and fitting the wrong size will prevent correct installation.

The Supernova Timer is built around three principal service areas, each made up of several individually replaceable components. At the heart of the unit sits the amalgam lamp assembly: position 1 (SKU 7025380) is the 80 W amalgam lamp itself, the primary consumable that requires periodic replacement once the timer indicates the end of its service life. Protecting the lamp is the quartz glass sleeve at position 2 (SKU 7025562) — a precision-ground tube measuring 933 × 25 mm that allows UV-C light to pass into the water stream while keeping the lamp dry; the companion O-ring set at position 3 seals both ends of this sleeve and should always be renewed whenever the sleeve is removed. The electronics and flow-switch assembly at position 4 (SKU 7025566) contains the ballast, the LED timer display, and the safety flow switch that prevents the lamp from operating without water movement — this is the assembly referenced in the description as “4.1 Safety switch UV-C lights.” Enclosing all of these internal components is the duplex housing body at position 5 (SKU 7028713), which is the main pressure-bearing shell of the unit. The plumbing connection group — positions 6 through 13 — handles the transition between the unit and the pool’s pipework: the pair of 63 mm union couplers (position 6, SKU 7028715) and their matching O-rings (position 7, SKU 7028716) allow the unit to be removed from the pipe run without cutting, while the short reducer at position 8 (SKU 7028717) steps the connection down to a 50 mm / 1½” female thread. The long reducer at position 13 (SKU 7028723) provides a 63 mm spigot-to-socket transition and incorporates the ¾” flow-switch connection port. Finally, the closure assembly — the end cap group comprising position 10 (closure, SKU 7028719), position 11 (threaded nut, SKU 7028721), and position 12 (EPDM O-ring 59.99 × 2.62 mm, SKU 7028722) — seals the lamp access end of the housing and is the primary point of ingress for lamp and sleeve servicing.

Several positions in this diagram represent multi-piece sets rather than individual items, so it is important to read the description carefully before adding to your basket. Positions 6 and 7 are each supplied as a set of two pieces — two union couplers and two coupler O-rings respectively — reflecting the fact that the Supernova Timer connects to the pipe run at both the inlet and the outlet. The reducer at position 8 is specified as a short reducer (63 mm × 50 mm / 1½” female thread), while position 13 is the long reducer with an integrated ¾” flow-switch port; these two parts are not interchangeable, so confirm which end of the unit you are working on before ordering. Where dimensions are quoted — such as the quartz sleeve at 933 × 25 mm or the closure O-ring at 59.99 × 2.62 mm — these figures describe the precise physical size of the part, and substituting a close-but-not-identical measurement risks UV-light leakage or a pressure seal failure, so always verify against the original component.

Cum să folosiți schema numerotată pentru a găsi piesa dorită
