This page provides the complete exploded-view diagram and numbered bill of materials for the Norsup Heat Pump Type Px Inverter, specifically covering the P26X/32 model (Norsup factory reference 7024630). The P26X/32 is a full-inverter swimming pool heat pump operating on 230 VAC with R-32 refrigerant, designed for pool volumes of roughly 70–120 m³ and capable of operating down to −15 °C ambient air temperature. Use the diagram and parts list together to pinpoint the exact component you need — most owners and technicians identify their part within a few minutes. Where a spare part is currently offered for sale, you will find the corresponding SKU linked directly in the table below the diagram.

Every numbered call-out printed on the exploded-view diagram corresponds directly to a row in the bill of materials table beneath it — locate the area of the unit that contains your suspect component, note its call-out number, then look up that number in the table to confirm the part description and, where available, its SKU. Read the full description carefully before adding anything to your basket: a number that looks like a single part may actually cover a small sub-assembly with its own internal variants. Be aware that some call-out numbers appear in more than one location on the diagram — this is common for shared fasteners, brackets, and panel fixings that are used across multiple zones of the unit. Position 42 in this diagram is a particularly dense entry, as it groups several ancillary items — sensors, rubber feet, union couplers, extension cables, covers, and drain accessories — under a single call-out; read every line of that description to identify which individual item you need. Where a SKU is listed against a position, that part is stocked and available to order; positions without a SKU are structural or refrigerant-circuit components that are not sold separately as service parts. If you are unsure whether your part number matches the P26X/32 specifically or another model in the Px Inverter family, compare your unit’s label against the factory reference 7024630 before ordering.

The P26X/32 is built around several distinct sub-systems, each containing parts that commonly require attention over the life of the unit. The air-circuit assembly comprises the fan blade (pos. 5, 500 mm × 145 mm, anticlockwise rotation, 10 mm bore), the fan motor ZWS75-A (pos. 7), and its mounting bracket (pos. 9), which sit behind the fan protection net (pos. 3) and draw ambient air across the evaporator (pos. 8). The user-interface and controls are grouped around the LED display (pos. 2, SKU 7024942) mounted on the front panel (pos. 1), with the main board 20000-430227 / 302020-00000028 (pos. 37, SKU 7024939) and driver board 2AC32I07WM1 (pos. 36, SKU 7024940) housed inside the electrical box assembly (pos. 14 and 15). Inverter frequency control is handled by the frequency controller plate for the P20X/26X/35X series (pos. 42, SKU 7025129) alongside the fan speed control plate for the P26X/35X series (pos. 43, SKU 7025125). The circuitul de răcire includes the compressor (pos. 32), the 4-way reverse valve (pos. 25) that enables both heating and cooling modes, the electronic expansion valve (pos. 29), the fluid reservoir (pos. 33), and both high-pressure (pos. 23, SKU 7011008) and low-pressure (pos. 24, SKU 7011009) safety switches — the latter two are commonly replaced service items after a pressure fault. The pressure meter calibrated for R-32 refrigerant down to −15 °C (pos. 4, SKU 7026259) is located on the refrigerant side and is a useful diagnostic reference point. The water-circuit interface centres on the titanium heat exchanger specific to the P26X/32 (pos. 30, SKU 7024948) and the water flow switch with 32 mm glue adapter (pos. 16, SKU 7006471), which protects the unit from running without adequate water flow. The top lid (pos. 11, 1115 × 430 mm, SKU 7033048) is a commonly replaced panel item following physical damage or UV degradation.

The Px Inverter family spans a wide range of output sizes — from the P13X through to the P35X — and several electrical boards, plates, and sensors are shared across specific sub-groups of that range rather than being universal. Before ordering a board or control component, confirm which sub-group applies to your unit: the frequency controller plate (pos. 42, SKU 7025129) is listed as compatible with the P20X/26X/35X series, whilst the fan speed control plate (pos. 43, SKU 7025125) covers only the P26X/35X series — these are not interchangeable with plates intended for the P13X or P17X. Position 43 also consolidates several loose accessories into a single BOM row, including temperature sensors at two different resistance values (5K and 50K), union couplers, extension cables, and seasonal accessories; if you need only one of these items, check the individual SKUs listed in that row’s description rather than ordering the full grouped position. For the water-side connection, the union coupler specified is a PVC-U 50 mm × 1½" glue socket to male thread rated at 10 bar — confirm your pipework diameter and thread standard match before ordering, as swapping connection fittings on a pressurised system is more involved than it may appear.

Cum să folosiți schema numerotată pentru a găsi piesa dorită
