This page presents the full exploded-view diagram and numbered bill of materials (BOM) for the Hydro-Pro Heat Pump Type Z Inverter, model Z14/32, covered by factory reference 7024517. The Z14/32 is a 14 kW, all-year-round, single-phase 230 V inverter pool heat pump suitable for pools up to approximately 40 m³. The inverter design varies heating capacity to suit prevailing weather conditions, with compressor and fan speeds modulated automatically to reduce noise and energy consumption. Using the diagram alongside the parts list below, you should be able to identify any component by its position number and find the corresponding SKU in a matter of minutes.

Every numbered call-out printed on the diagram corresponds directly to a row in the parts list table — locate the area of the unit that concerns you (for example, the refrigerant circuit, the electrical box, or the water-side connections), find the relevant call-out number on the diagram, then match that number to the same position number in the table to obtain the part description and SKU. Where a SKU is shown, that part is orderable directly from poolparthub.com; positions without a SKU are structural or fabricated items that are not supplied separately. Pay close attention to variante cu litere: position 20 in this diagram splits into 20a (LED display) and 20b (colour TFT display), which are two physically different parts — ordering the wrong letter will result in an incompatible display. Also note that generic clips appear at both position 10 and position 31, and sensor clips appear at positions 3, 38, and 58; always verify the surrounding assembly context before ordering a clip or bracket, as their dimensions differ by location. If a single call-out number appears to point at more than one identical fastener or clip in the diagram, only one SKU covers the complete set needed for that position — check the part description for any stated pack quantity. When in doubt, cross-reference the part description wording against the factory reference 7024517 to confirm you are working from the correct revision of the diagram.

Acest circuitul de răcire forms the core of the heat pump and includes the inverter compressor SVB140FCAMC (pos. 26), the 4-way reversing valve (pos. 47), and the electronic expansion valve (pos. 49), all interconnected by a network of labelled pipes (pos. 41, 44, 46, 48, 50, 51). The schimbător de căldură din titan (pos. 59, SKU 7025163) is the interface between the refrigerant side and your pool water; titanium construction is standard on this model to resist corrosive pool-water chemistry. The evaporator (pos. 6) and its associated bandă de încălzire a evaporatorului (pos. 11, SKU 7020274 — 230 V, 65 W, 2,000 mm) protect against ice formation on the air-side coil during low ambient conditions; a separate curea de încălzire pentru compresor (pos. 24, SKU 7020268 — 230 V, 35 W, 390 mm) serves the same purpose for the compressor itself. The ansamblu ventilator consists of the DC fan motor ZWB378D02B 120 W (pos. 12, SKU 7021812), its bracket (pos. 8), casing tube (pos. 14), and the 496 mm × 150 mm anticlockwise fan blade with 12 mm bore (pos. 15, SKU 7021815). Refrigerant-circuit safety is managed by the presostat de înaltă presiune 3.6–4.2 MPa (pos. 42, SKU 7024793) and the presostat de joasă presiune 0.1–0.3 MPa (pos. 43, SKU 7024791), together with a dedicated R32 pressure gauge 0–65 bar (pos. 29, SKU 7025310). On the water side, the water flow switch VH-2 (pos. 53, SKU 7020257) protects the heat exchanger from running dry, and the water connection set (pos. 52, SKU 7014126) provides the 50 mm compression-type interface with the pool pipework. The cutie electrică assembly (pos. 65) houses the main inverter board HWM1W-5E00 IB020R3A (pos. 64, SKU 7025157), the reactor (pos. 9), the terminal board (pos. 28), and magnetic rings (pos. 67, 68) for EMC suppression. Four temperature sensors — ambient TH1 (pos. 2, SKU 7020259), pipe TH2 (pos. 39, SKU 7020260), exhaust TH3 (pos. 45, SKU 7020261), water-out TH5 (pos. 57, SKU 7020262), and water-in TH6 (pos. 61, SKU 7020263) — feed the control logic and are among the most frequently replaced wear items on this family.

Cea mai importantă alegere a variantei din această diagramă se află la position 20, which covers two mutually incompatible display units: 20a is the standard LED display (SHHCLEDV2MM101, SKU 7021826) and 20b is the colour TFT display for Z-series inverters (TSiV1, SKU 7025263). To identify which display your unit was built with, check the front panel of your existing controller before ordering — fitting a TFT display to a unit wired for the LED version, or vice versa, will require additional electrical modifications. For the fan blade at position 15, the listed specification (496 mm diameter, 150 mm pitch, 12 mm shaft hole, anticlockwise rotation) must be matched exactly; an incorrect blade diameter or rotation direction will significantly reduce airflow and may cause motor overload. The pressure switches at positions 42 and 43 have specific pressure-range ratings stated in the part description — always verify the operating range (3.6–4.2 MPa for high pressure; 0.1–0.3 MPa for low pressure) matches the switch you are replacing. Similarly, the three heating belts (positions 11 and 24) differ in wattage and length, so confirm both figures from your existing belt before ordering a replacement to ensure correct heat output for the surface area being protected.

Cum să folosiți schema numerotată pentru a găsi piesa dorită
