This is the genuine Saci replacement cooling fan for the MEC80 motor fitted to the Winner 150, Winner 200, and Winner 300 pool pump series, as well as the V-NOX and Sigma models. Mounted on the rear of the motor shaft, the fan draws airflow over the motor housing to dissipate heat and maintain safe operating temperatures during extended filtration cycles. Replacing a worn or damaged fan promptly protects the motor windings and prevents premature failure.

Designed specifically for Saci pumps equipped with the MEC80 motor frame. Confirmed compatible models include the Winner 150 (1.5 HP), Winner 200 (2 HP), and Winner 300 (3 HP), along with the V-NOX and Sigma pump families. Always cross-reference your pump’s motor frame designation before ordering to ensure a correct fit.

The Winner pump motor runs as a sealed, externally ventilated asynchronous unit with IP55 protection and Class F insulation, meaning the cooling fan is the primary means of heat removal. A genuine Saci fan is precision-balanced to match the motor’s rotational speed and airflow requirements, ensuring the thermal protection that an off-brand part may not reliably deliver. Using an original part also keeps your pump within manufacturer warranty conditions.

Fitting the fan requires accessing the rear of the motor, typically after isolating the pump from the power supply and removing the motor end cover. The fan clips or fixes onto the motor shaft and must be correctly seated before the cover is refitted. This is a straightforward task for a qualified pool technician or a competent DIYer familiar with pump motor strip-downs.
