This is the genuine Maytronics grey side panel for the Dolphin M200 CLI CART. CB robotic pool cleaner, referenced as part 7544C DB1. The side panel forms an integral section of the robot’s outer body structure, enclosing and protecting the internal drive, motor and filtration components while maintaining the hydrodynamic profile that keeps the cleaner tracking correctly across pool surfaces.

The side panel sits along the lateral face of the Dolphin M200 body, acting as both a structural shell and a water-channel guide. It keeps debris from entering the drive mechanism, supports the track assembly alignment, and contributes to the balanced buoyancy that allows the robot to climb walls and navigate pool floors efficiently. A damaged or cracked side panel disrupts water flow through the body cavity, reduces cleaning performance and can expose internal components to grit and pool chemicals.

This part is listed as a direct replacement for the Maytronics Dolphin M200 CLI CART. CB variant. Always cross-reference your robot’s model number and serial plate before ordering to confirm fitment, as the M200 platform has been sold under multiple regional configurations.

Replace this panel if you notice visible cracks, chips or warping along the robot’s lateral body; if the track appears misaligned or rubs against the housing; or if the robot exhibits unusual drag or veering during a cleaning cycle. Impact damage from pool steps, fittings or accidental drops commonly causes side-panel fractures that are not always immediately obvious.

An OEM side panel is moulded to the exact tolerances of the Dolphin M200 body, ensuring the track belt sits flush, the water channels remain unobstructed and the panel clips engage securely. Aftermarket alternatives frequently use lower-grade plastics that become brittle under UV and chlorine exposure, leading to premature failure and potential ingress of pool water into the motor housing. Fitting a genuine Maytronics part protects your warranty and preserves the robot’s long-term reliability.
