This genuine Davey earth adaptor is a complete bolt assembly designed to provide a secure earthing and equipotential bonding connection point on 50mm Davey pool pump and filter installations. Proper earthing and bonding of pool equipment is a critical electrical safety requirement, ensuring that pumps, motors, and metal components share the same electrical potential and reducing the risk of electric shock around the pool environment.

Designed for use with Davey pool pumps and filter assemblies featuring 50mm connections, including models in the EcoPure and CrystalClear ranges equipped with 50mm valves or pump bodies. Always verify your specific model’s earthing hardware requirements before ordering, as 40mm variants use a separate adaptor.

Using the genuine Davey replacement earth adaptor ensures correct fit, approved materials (suitable for wet and corrosive outdoor environments), and compliance with local electrical safety standards for pool installations. Substituting non-genuine hardware risks poor contact, corrosion, and potentially non-compliant earthing connections.

The complete assembly includes all hardware required for installation at the designated earthing point on the pump or filter body. Earthing and equipotential bonding of pool equipment must be carried out by a qualified electrician in accordance with applicable local wiring regulations and pool electrical safety codes.
