This is the genuine Davey replacement clear face plate for the acid dosing pump on the ProMatic Lifeguard pool chemistry controller system. The face plate is the transparent front cover of the peristaltic pH dosing pump, providing visibility of the pump mechanism while protecting its internal components. It is typically replaced after physical damage, UV degradation, or chemical exposure causes cracking, clouding, or a broken seal.

This face plate is designed for the acid dosing pump included with the Davey ProMatic Lifeguard system, covering European models DPLG-15E, DPLG-25E, DPLG-25EL, DPLG-35E, and DPLG-15EL. The ProMatic Lifeguard requires installation alongside a Davey EcoSalt2 chlorinator and is suited to pools up to 160,000 litres. Always verify your specific model number before ordering.

The Davey ProMatic Lifeguard’s pH dosing pump operates on a 24VDC extra-low-voltage supply from the Lifeguard controller, dispensing precise amounts of acid to maintain water balance automatically. Using a genuine Davey face plate ensures correct fitment, chemical resistance appropriate for acid dosing environments, and preserves your system’s warranty. Third-party covers may not seal correctly, risking pump exposure to pool chemicals and moisture.

Replacement of the face plate should be carried out by a qualified pool technician familiar with the ProMatic Lifeguard dosing pump assembly. Ensure the system is fully powered down before disassembly, and take appropriate chemical handling precautions given the pump’s exposure to pool-grade acid.
