Hanna Instruments suction filter for BL10x / BL12x / BL13x dosing pumps (BL120-200)

The BL120-200 is a replacement suction filter (foot valve strainer) for Hanna Instruments BL10x, BL12x and BL13x series peristaltic dosing pumps. It sits at the end of the suction tube inside the chemical container and keeps undissolved solids and debris out of the pump tubing and injection line. It is a standard wear part in commercial pool chlorine and pH dosing installations.

Designed for Hanna Instruments dosing pumps in the BL10x, BL12x and BL13x families, including the widely used BL120 controllers and dosers. It connects to the standard suction tubing supplied with these pumps. Check the tube diameter on your existing installation before ordering, as the filter must match the suction line used on your pump.

Poziția de instalare

The filter screws or pushes onto the free end of the suction tube and is lowered into the chemical tank or drum. Keep it a few centimetres clear of the tank bottom so it does not draw in settled sediment. Make sure it stays fully submerged at all times, otherwise the pump will lose prime and run dry.

Durata de viață

Service life depends on the chemical dosed and the amount of particulate in the solution. Inspect the strainer at every routine service and rinse it with clean water when deposits are visible. Replace the filter when the mesh is blocked, distorted or chemically degraded, as a restricted filter reduces dosing accuracy and loads the pump.

Note privind comanda

Supplied as a single suction filter, not as a complete tubing or installation kit. Suction tube, injection valve and pump tubing are ordered separately. Many operators keep a spare on the shelf so a blocked filter can be swapped out without interrupting dosing.
