Water-ID – Phosphate HR No. 2 Reagent Tablets for PoolLab 2.0 (50 Tablets)

The Water-ID Phosphate HR No. 2 reagent tablets are photometer-grade consumables designed to measure high-range phosphate levels (0–80 ppm PO₄³⁻) in pool and spa water using the PoolLab 2.0 photometer. This is the second of two reagents required for the Phosphate HR test — used alongside the Phosphate HR No. 1 powder pillow (sold separately). Elevated phosphate is a primary nutrient for algae growth, and regular monitoring helps keep pool water clean, clear, and chemically balanced.

Compatibility

These tablets are exclusively compatible with the Water-ID PoolLab 2.0 photometer. They are not suitable for use with the original PoolLab 1.0 or any other photometer model. Always use photometer-grade tablets — never rapid-grade tablets, as these lead to incorrect measurement results. Both Phosphate HR No. 1 (powder pillow) and Phosphate HR No. 2 (tablet) must be used together to complete the Phosphate HR test.

How to Use

Fill the PoolLab 2.0 cuvette with your water sample, add the Phosphate HR No. 1 powder pillow first, then drop in one Phosphate HR No. 2 tablet — do not touch the tablet with bare hands. Follow the on-screen countdown, then press TEST to read your result in ppm. If an overrange (OR) reading appears, dilute the sample and retest, then multiply the result accordingly. Clean the cuvette thoroughly after every measurement to avoid cross-contamination.
