With a peak heating capacity of 13 kW and a COP of up to 16 at A27/W27, the Norsup SG P 13X/32 is engineered for pools of 35–60 m³ that demand serious, year-round performance. Full inverter technology continuously modulates both compressor and fan speed to match actual thermal demand, keeping motor power as low as 0.19 kW when conditions allow. The unit operates down to −15 °C ambient, making it a capable all-season choice for European climates.

The SG P 13X/32 delivers a COP of 8.0–5.2 at A15/W25 — a realistic European spring and autumn benchmark — meaning it returns up to eight units of heat for every unit of electricity consumed in cooler conditions. At peak summer conditions (A27/W27) that efficiency rises to a COP range of 16–6.7, while motor power remains between 1.94 kW and just 0.19 kW across the inverter’s modulation range. An Energy Label A rating confirms the unit’s compliance with ErP Directive requirements.

R32 refrigerant is used throughout, a gas with roughly three times lower global warming potential than the older R410A, reflecting Norsup’s commitment to reduced environmental impact. The rotary compressor is manufactured by Hitachi and incorporates a soft-start function to eliminate voltage spikes on start-up — a practical benefit on domestic single-phase supplies. The twisted titanium condenser resists corrosion from salt and chlorinated water, supporting long service life with minimal maintenance.

A full-colour touchscreen provides direct on-unit control, while the included Wi-Fi module allows remote monitoring and adjustment via smartphone or tablet. SmartGrid technology enables integration with smart-tariff energy management, allowing the unit to shift heating loads towards cheaper off-peak electricity. Automatic heating and cooling modes, together with automatic defrost, mean the heat pump manages itself across the full operating range without manual intervention.
