With a peak heating capacity of 21.1 kW at A27/W27 and an exceptional COP of up to 14.8 under the same conditions, the Norsup Vertical SG P 21TV/32 is sized for pools of 60–110 m³ — covering everything from a substantial private pool to a small commercial installation. Running on three-phase 400 V at just 8.7 A, it draws a modest 5.2 kW maximum from the mains while delivering far more heat energy in return. A Panasonic rotary compressor and R32 refrigerant underpin both the efficiency figures and the long-term reliability of the unit.

Full inverter technology allows the compressor and fan speeds to vary continuously rather than cycle on and off, adapting output to prevailing air and water temperatures. At the more demanding A15/W25 test point the COP still spans 7.4–5.6, making this an all-season performer capable of extending the swim season well into spring and autumn. An automatic defrost function maintains efficiency during cold spells, and the unit’s “all-season” design is rated to operate down to −15 °C ambient, so pool owners are not left without heating during early-season or late-season conditions.

The 21TV/32 uses R32 refrigerant, which carries roughly one-third of the Global Warming Potential of the older R410A, making it the more environmentally responsible choice for a long-lived installation. The titanium heat exchanger is fully resistant to chlorine, salt, and the corrosive pool chemistry it will encounter throughout its service life. A soft-start function eliminates voltage spikes on start-up — an important consideration on shared electrical circuits.

The vertical fan orientation means exhaust air exits upward, allowing the unit to be positioned in confined plant rooms or narrower poolside areas where a horizontal model would not fit. At 965 mm tall and with a 777 × 826 mm base footprint, the cabinet is compact for its output class, though at 102 kg it requires proper lifting equipment and a prepared, level mounting surface. Remote monitoring and control are handled via the included Wi-Fi and 4G module, accessible through a full-colour touchscreen on the unit itself or via a smartphone app — no additional gateway purchase required.
