Rated to 30 bar and up to 120 °C, this compact 33 mm brass hose tail adaptor from Profec transitions a 1/4″ male thread port to a 13 mm barbed hose tail — making it a reliable choice for chemical dosing lines, pressure-side plumbing connections, and ancillary pipework on pool plant rooms. The all-brass body offers excellent resistance to the corrosive fluids and elevated temperatures common in pool and spa installations.

One end carries a 1/4″ male thread (tightened with a 14 mm spanner) that screws directly into standard BSP female ports on pumps, valves, dosing equipment, and pressure gauges. The opposite end features a 13 mm barbed hose tail that grips the inner bore of compatible flexible hose securely, helping to prevent slippage under pressure without the need for additional tooling.

With a maximum working pressure of 30 bar and a temperature ceiling of 120 °C, this adaptor comfortably covers the demands of pool chemical dosing systems, pressurised water circuits, and general hydraulic or pneumatic auxiliary lines found in professional plant rooms. The solid brass construction delivers long-term durability in both wet and chemically aggressive environments.

At just 33 mm in overall length, the fitting adds minimal footprint to tight plumbing runs — a practical advantage when retrofitting connections in confined pool plant rooms or equipment bays. Its straightforward one-piece brass construction means no O-rings or separate seals to manage; standard PTFE tape on the male thread is sufficient for a leak-free joint.
