This page provides the official exploded-view diagram and full bill of materials (BOM) for the Saci Winner range of self-priming pool circulation pumps, covering all six power variants — Winner 50, 75, 100, 150, 200 and 300 — in both single-phase and three-phase configurations. Designed for medium to large pools, the Winner combines strong hydraulic performance with a chemical-resistant, glass-fibre-reinforced body. It is a self-priming pump fitted with a large pre-filter, with a transparent polycarbonate lid that makes it easy to inspect the basket without tools. No factory part-number prefix has been supplied for this range, so parts are identified solely by the SKU codes listed in the table below. Using the diagram alongside the BOM, most visitors are able to identify the exact part they need within a few minutes.

Every circled number printed on the diagram corresponds directly to a row in the parts list below it — locate the area of the pump that concerns you, note the call-out number, then find that number in the “Pos.” column of the table to retrieve the description and SKU. Where a SKU is shown, you can add the part straight to your basket; positions shown without a SKU are currently unavailable to order individually and are noted for identification purposes only. Be aware that some position numbers appear more than once on the drawing — screws, washers, nuts and O-rings are often called up at several points on the same assembly, so confirm the surrounding components before assuming you have the right fastener. Pay particular attention to lettered suffixes: positions such as 10a–10f and 27a–27e each represent distinct parts that are not interchangeable, even though they share the same base number. Similarly, positions 31a/31b and 32a/32b are separate fan and fan-cover variants for different power groups. Always cross-reference the letter suffix against your pump’s power rating (e.g. Winner 50, Winner 150) before placing an order, as selecting the wrong variant is the single most common ordering error on multi-variant pumps of this type.

The Winner is made up of three broad sections visible in the diagram: the pre-filter head, the hydraulic end, and the motor. The pre-filter section — positions 2, 3 and 4 — comprises the transparent cover, its sealing joint and the basket itself; these are the components most frequently accessed during routine maintenance. The large-volume pre-filter basket is sized to cope with heavily soiled water without constant cleaning, and a dedicated lid key is supplied as standard to allow comfortable two-handed opening. The hydraulic end centres on position 5 (pump body), which houses the diffuser assembly (positions 8 and 9) and the impeller at position 10. The pump body, seal disc, diffuser and opening key are made from polypropylene reinforced with fibreglass, ensuring excellent resistance to pool chemicals. The mechanical seal at position 11 sits between the impeller and the motor shaft and is the primary wear item in the hydraulic end; it is manufactured from AISI-316 stainless steel, making it compatible with salt-water pools. A draining plug and its dedicated O-ring (positions 6 and 7) are located on the pump body and should be inspected whenever the pump is winterised or drained down. The motor section spans positions 17 through 36 and includes the front and rear ball bearings (positions 20 and 22), the rotor and shaft assembly (position 21), the terminal box and its cover (positions 24 and 26), the cooling fan and fan cover (positions 31 and 32), and the tie-rod assembly (positions 34–36) that clamps the entire motor stack together. The run capacitor (position 27) is housed within the terminal box area and is a common cause of single-phase motor faults.

The most critical variant choice on this diagram is the impeller at position 10, which carries six lettered options (10a through 10f) matched to each pump power rating: SKU 7012173 for the Winner 50, through to SKU 7012178 for the Winner 300. Fitting an impeller from the wrong variant will result in incorrect flow rates and may place undue load on the motor, so always verify the horsepower or model designation on your pump’s rating plate before ordering. A similar discipline applies to the run capacitor at position 27: the Winner 50 and 75 share the same 20 µF capacitor (SKU 7010426), the Winner 100 requires a 25 µF unit (SKU 7010427), the Winner 150 a 30 µF unit (SKU 7010428), and the Winner 200 and 300 share a 40 µF capacitor (SKU 7010431) — fitting an incorrectly rated capacitor is a frequent cause of premature motor failure. The fans (positions 31a/31b) and fan covers (positions 32a/32b) are grouped by power band — SKUs 7012180 and 7012182 serve the Winner 50, 75 and 100, while SKUs 7012181 and 7012183 are for the Winner 150, 200 and 300 — so confirm which group your model falls into before ordering either of those parts. For all other positions where no SKU is currently listed, please contact our team with your pump’s full model designation and we will advise on availability.
