This is the genuine Hydro-Pro main PCB (printed circuit board), reference IB050R3A / HWM1W-6B01, designed as a direct replacement for the control board fitted inside the Hydro-Pro Type Z Inverter heat pump in the Z29/32 configuration. The main board manages all core functions of the heat pump — including compressor inverter control, temperature sensing, defrost logic, and user interface communication — making it the central component of the unit’s operation.

This main board is specifically designed for the Hydro-Pro Type Z Inverter Heat Pump, Z29/32 model (29 kW, single-phase). It is identified by board references IB050R3A and HWM1W-6B01. Always verify your unit’s existing board reference number before ordering, as other models in the Type Z Inverter range use different board variants. If in doubt, consult the wiring diagram inside your unit’s controller box.

As the nerve centre of your inverter heat pump, the main board must meet precise electrical specifications to ensure safe, reliable operation. A genuine Hydro-Pro replacement board guarantees exact compatibility with your unit’s firmware, sensors, and inverter drive — avoiding the risk of error codes, compressor damage, or safety shutdowns that can result from non-OEM alternatives.

Replacement of the main control board requires opening the heat pump’s controller box and disconnecting multiple wiring harnesses. This work must be carried out by a qualified engineer or electrician familiar with heat pump electronics. Photograph all wiring connections before removal, and ensure the unit is fully isolated from the power supply before beginning work.
