This is a genuine Bosta wide adhesive seal designed as a spare part for the Bosta STP Counter Current System range. It forms a watertight perimeter seal between the counter-current unit’s housing and the pool wall, preventing leaks and ensuring the system remains securely mounted during operation.

This wide adhesive seal is designed specifically for the Bosta STP Counter Current System family, which includes models such as the STP-2200, STP-3000, and STP-4000. The “wide” variant provides a broader sealing surface compared to the standard seal, making it the correct choice where the installation requires extra coverage. Always verify your STP model variant before ordering to ensure the correct seal is selected.

Using a genuine Bosta replacement seal ensures the correct adhesive backing, material thickness, and profile match the original factory specification. An inferior or incorrectly sized seal can lead to water ingress behind the unit, potential wall damage, and loss of jet efficiency — risks that are easily avoided with the right OEM part.

Installation is straightforward: clean and dry the mounting surface thoroughly, peel the adhesive backing, and press the seal firmly into position around the housing perimeter before securing the counter-current unit to the pool wall. For best results, allow adequate adhesive cure time before filling or operating the pool. Professional installation is recommended if the pool wall or existing seal shows signs of damage.
