This is a genuine Bosta flat washer measuring 6.6 mm inner diameter, 18 mm outer diameter, and 1.6 mm thickness, supplied as an original spare part for the Bosta Counter Current System Type STP. It is used to distribute fastener load, protect mating surfaces, and ensure a secure, stable assembly within the STP counter-current unit.

This washer is a manufacturer-specified spare part for the Bosta Counter Current System Type STP range, which includes variants such as the STP-2200, STP-3000, and STP-4000. Always cross-reference the part number 7034162 against your system’s exploded-view diagram before ordering to confirm correct fitment for your specific model.

Using the correct OEM washer ensures the fastener load is spread precisely as designed, preventing surface damage, vibration loosening, and premature wear in a wet pool environment. Genuine Bosta spare parts are manufactured to the exact tolerances required by the original assembly, giving you confidence that your counter-current system will perform reliably and safely over time.

Replace this washer during routine maintenance or whenever the existing washer shows signs of corrosion, deformation, or damage. Position it between the fastener head (or nut) and the mating surface as specified in the STP service documentation. No special tools are required, but professional installation is recommended to ensure correct torque and system integrity.
