This pack of 50 single-dose powder pillows is Part No.1 of the two-part Low Range Phosphate test for the Water-ID PoolLab 2.0 photometer. Designed and manufactured in Germany to photometer-grade quality, each pillow delivers a precisely measured dose of reagent for accurate, repeatable low-range phosphate readings (0.00–4.00 ppm) in pool and spa water.

Why Phosphate Testing Matters

Phosphate enters pool water from swimmer waste, rainwater, leaves, soil, and fertiliser drift — and it does not break down naturally. At elevated levels it becomes a primary nutrient for algae, making sanitation harder and increasing chlorine demand. Regular low-range testing lets you catch rising phosphate levels early and treat proactively, keeping water clear and reducing chemical costs.

Compatibilidade

These powder pillows are exclusively compatible with the Water-ID PoolLab 2.0 photometer. Because phosphate measurement is a two-part test, Reagent No.2 (tablets, sold separately) is also required to complete each reading. Do not use with any other photometer model, as calibration and wavelength settings are device-specific.

Como utilizar

Fill the PoolLab 2.0 cuvette with your pool water sample, then add the contents of one No.1 powder pillow followed by one No.2 tablet and mix as instructed by the photometer. Insert the cuvette and the device will display the phosphate concentration in ppm. Store unused pillows in a cool, dry place (15–25 °C) away from humidity and direct sunlight to preserve the 24-month shelf life.
