The BL120-463 is a complete flow cell kit designed to hold Hanna Instruments pH, ORP and free chlorine probes in a bypass line on 63 mm diameter pipework. What it fits

Installation position

The flow cell is plumbed as a bypass loop off the main circulation pipe, drawing sample water after the filter and returning it downstream of the injection points. Mount the cell vertically so the probes stay fully wetted and air pockets can escape. Keep the assembly accessible for probe removal, calibration and cleaning without draining the main line.

Service life

The flow cell body and fittings are long-life components; the consumables are the probes and the seals. Inspect O-rings and probe glands at each probe replacement and renew any that show hardening or leakage. Scale and biofilm inside the cell should be cleaned periodically, as deposits slow probe response and distort readings.

The kit is supplied as a flow cell assembly with pipe fittings for 63 mm pipework; probes, cables and the controller itself are ordered separately.
