This is the genuine Fluidra replacement O-ring for the collector arm assembly of the PTK 1200 mm sand filter range, covering tank diameters of 650 and 800 mm. Measuring Ø56.3 × 5.3 mm and moulded from EPDM rubber at 65 Shore hardness, it provides a reliable, pressure-tight seal between arm fittings inside the filter vessel. Replacing a worn or damaged O-ring at the first sign of leakage prevents bypass of unfiltered water and helps maintain filtration performance.

This O-ring is a spare part for Fluidra PTK series arm-collector sand filters with a 1200 mm filter bed, fitted to tank diameters of 650 mm and 800 mm. The PTK series has been succeeded by the Fluidra Delta filter range, so always verify against your filter’s original spare-parts diagram or serial number before ordering.

Instalação

Turn off the pump and depressurise the filter fully before opening the vessel. Remove the old O-ring, clean the groove of any debris or old lubricant, and apply a thin coat of silicone-based lubricant to the new O-ring before fitting. Hand-tighten only — no tools are required on the O-ring itself. Check for leaks on first restart and re-check after 24 hours of operation.
