DS78TBR Brass Water Meter DN15 — KIWA-Certified Horizontal Single-Jet Meter with Pulse Output

This DN15 single-jet water meter in brass construction is designed for accurate cold-water volumetric measurement in residential, commercial irrigation, and pool-plant installations. The horizontal mounting orientation and compact 165 mm face-to-face length make it straightforward to retrofit into existing pipework. Both ports carry a 3/4 inch male thread (G 3/4″), allowing direct connection to standard female-thread fittings and manifolds without adapters. The meter is sealed to IP54, protecting the register from splash water and dust ingress in exposed plant-room or outdoor-cabinet environments.

Certified to KIWA type MNK-N, the DS78TBR meets European metrological requirements for trade and billing measurement. The built-in pulse option outputs one pulse per 10 litres consumed, enabling straightforward integration with building-management systems, irrigation controllers, dataloggers, or remote-monitoring gateways — no separate pulse transmitter required. The mechanical register displays cumulative volume with a resolution of 0.1 litre, while the hinged protective cover keeps the dial readable and tamper-evident.

Compatibilidade

The DS78TBR is compatible with any G 3/4 inch female-thread pipework in copper, brass, stainless steel, or plastic (using appropriate adapters). The 10-litre pulse output is compatible with impulse-counting irrigation controllers, energy-management loggers, and smart-home water monitors that accept a volt-free reed-switch or open-collector pulse signal. It is suitable for cold potable water up to 50 °C and pressures up to 16 bar. Not intended for hot-water billing applications above 50 °C or for fluids other than clean cold water.
