The Davey 13441-2 is a genuine large case nut designed as a spare part for the Davey Silensor and SilensorPro pool pump ranges. It forms a critical structural fastening element of the pump casing assembly, securing the front casing to the motor body and maintaining the integrity of the pump’s water-cooled housing. This part is typically replaced during a full pump service or strip-down when the existing nut shows wear, damage, or thread deterioration.

Compatibilidade

This large case nut fits Davey Silensor SLS and SLL series pumps, as well as SilensorPro models. SLS pumps require one (1) case nut per pump; SLL pumps — including the SLL200, SLL300, and SLL400 — require two (2) case nuts per pump. Always verify your model designation on the pump’s data label before ordering to ensure the correct quantity.

Instalação

The case nut is fitted during pump reassembly after internal servicing — such as seal, impeller, or bearing replacement. The power lead is routed through the nut as it is installed. Davey specifies the use of the large Silensor service spanner (part 13810SP) to correctly torque the nut. Note that the nut features a locating lug which must not be positioned at the top of the casing, as this can interfere with the barrel union connection on SLS models. Professional installation by a qualified pool technician is strongly recommended.
