AstralPool – Pre-filter Basket for Alaska Pump (Position 3)

This is the genuine OEM replacement pre-filter basket for the AstralPool Alaska Pump series. Sitting at position 3 in the official Fluidra exploded view, it slots into the integrated pre-filter housing and catches debris before it can reach the pump’s hydraulic components, protecting the impeller and diffuser from damage.

Compatibilidade

Designed specifically for the AstralPool Alaska Pump range (parent SKU 41611, covering models 41607, 41608, 41609, 41610 and 41611). Always verify your pump model number on the motor label before ordering — this basket is not interchangeable with baskets from other AstralPool pump families such as the Victoria Plus, which use different dimensions.

Porque o Genuíno Importa

As an original AstralPool part manufactured by Fluidra, this basket is precision-moulded to fit the Alaska Pump’s pre-filter housing without gaps or flex. An ill-fitting aftermarket basket can allow debris to bypass the filter, leading to premature wear of internal components and costly repairs. Choosing genuine ensures the correct fit, material durability, and maintained pump warranty.

Instalação

Replacement is tool-free in most cases: unscrew or unclip the pre-filter lid, lift out the old basket, drop in the new one, and resecure the lid. Always switch off and isolate the pump from power before servicing. If you are unsure about any step, consult a qualified pool technician.
